Red Bar Plays host to the Cadbury Games Crew
Cadbury, the Official Treat Provider to the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, is bringing its Games Crew to Red Bar on Thursday 24th March to get local people playing. Cadbury has pledged to get the nation playing more games in the run up to the ultimate Games in 2012, because playing is good for us, but we just don’t do enough of it!
Following the success of its launch in summer 2010 the Cadbury Spots v Stripes Games Crew got more than 100,000 people playing games all across the UK. Three teams of game players visited Universities and Colleges, summer fetes, and festivals, encouraging people to participate in games such as Frizzy Winks, Sack Racing and Horsey Hopper Racing.
This year, they will be back with a bigger and better programme visiting over 200 locations, with free fun and games for anyone and everyone to play.
When the Cadbury Games Crew visit they will bring with them a kit of wacky and wonderful games, plus a series of crazy races to tie in with the Cadbury Spots v Stripes Race Season, another new game from Cadbury Spots v Stripes. The crazy races will include everything from loo-roll rolling, to duvet stuffing and coin stacking.
The Cadbury Games Crew events are part of Cadbury Spots v Stripes - the biggest, longest, most fun game ever created by Cadbury to celebrate being the Official Treat Provider for the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.
