Make a Complaint

We realise that sometimes mistakes are made. If you are not happy with the service you have received or the behaviour of a member, officer or staff of the Union we would like you to tell us. We will investigate your complaint, let you know the outcome and do everything we can to put things right.
Our commitment is to respond to you as quickly as we are able and we aim to do so within 5 working days of receiving your communication. To assist us to provide a speedy response we would be grateful if you would complete the form below giving as much detail as possible.
The information that you provide in the form will be sent to the General Manager, who will decide what further action needs to be taken.
