Societies are an ideal way to meet people, get more out of university, learn new skills and more importantly have a good time! UWESU is home to some of the most active and largest student societies in the country.

Societies List
UWESU offers a diverse range of societies providing something for everyone including many cultural, activity, interest, religious, political and performance societies.
Societies Executive
As well as being the elected voice for societies, Societies Executive have a number of responsibilities that include society budgets, disciplinary hearings, Activities Awards and generally helping to direct society progression.
Society Members Section
This section of our website is designed to cater for all society members. It provides information on everything from how to run for a committee position, committee training details, first aid courses and copies of all forms used by the Sports and Activities Centre.
