UWE Hindu Soc will aim to provide a home away from home! We are open to all students from any background who want to experience a slice of Hindu culture.
We hold prayers each week, promote awareness of Hinduism, celebrate cultural events throughout the year and will be holding discussions and debates.
Each term will we conduct one or two big social events at different locations - but nearly always on a Tuesday.
We are looking to take part in a couple of trips/tours over the year to attend the Dola Re @ Bristol Student Union, National Hindu Society Forum and the Diwali Ball in Bristol.
Where They Train / Meet
We meet weekly every Tuesday 5-7pm in the Octagon on Frenchay Campus.
