STAR aka Students Action for Refugees is a natioanl network already established and we will be latest University branch. This group is aimed at creating awareness of the issues refugees face and promoting positive images of refugees. On signing up you will be regularly updated with what will be coming up and how you can get involved.
Where They Train / Meet
Once new members have joined we will get together on a regular basis to arrange campaigning and fundraising activities. We will also arrange socials, film nights (based on the subject matter) and co-ordinate with refugee rights charities in order to assist them in their work. Days, times and venues are yet to be confirmed.
