Description
UWEviet is the only official union for Vietnamese students at UWE.
Members are from different part of Vietnam who bring to the UK all their talent, knowledge and enthousiasm. All these special assests would help to build a strong society which would in turn benefit its members to its outmost.
UWEviet is founded to assist Vietnamese students at UWE in all aspects of life. This is especially helpful to those new to the UK environment.
UWEviet also aims at bringing all the members together, to share great fun, great experience of life and study in the UK.
In short, the main purpose of the society is to help its members experience the UK to the fullness.
Where They Train / Meet
We will meet for:
- Vietnames Lunar New Year (February)
- Easter Party (April)
- Welcome day for new Vietnamese students (September)
- Vietnamese Teachers' day (November 20)
- Christmas celebration
Trips would include:
- Bristol balloon/Kite festival
- Bath
- Cardiff
- Cornwall
- Westernbirt
- Oxford
