Description
Ultimate Frisbee is the fastest growing sport in the UK, it is a sport where the focus is on spirit of the game more so than the competition although we all enjoy winning!! It is a cross between Netball and American football, only with a disc. It is non-contact and can be played indoors, outdoors (field), on astroturf or even on the beach.Most people who start don't know how to throw a disc (frisbee) but the friendly team around will be happy to show you and get you ready for your first tournament. There are tournaments all over the country, each with its own unique twist, and each with its own party.
Where they train/meet
Indoor training: Friday 7pm - 10.00pmOutdoor training: Horfield Leisure Centre, Wednesdays 2pm - 4pm
St Matt's Gym: Thursday 4pm - 6pm - For Womens Team and 1st Team.
