UWE Students' Union is thrilled to announce a new partnership between the SU and Eton and Haze, Bristol’s most up-and-coming bar and club.

The link is intended to provide city centre students with a homely, reasonably-priced venue - essentially a 'city centre SU bar' - complete with free wifi, free Wii sports, and 50" plasma TVs, showing all major sporting events.

The venue will be offering a special discounted drinks menu as well as 10% off all other purchases, available to all UWE students (on production of a valid UWE SU membership card). In addition to this, Eton will be hosting various SU-affiliated events and “Come Play”, the official UWE Sports Night each Wednesday. The discount offer will apply during all events, at all times.

Terry Atkinson, Students' Union Activities President, said that the SU were "thrilled to be able to cater to the requirements of our many city centre based students and offer them a venue with a chilled-out atmosphere and competitively-priced food and drink, all on their doorstep."

Tim Cokyucel, Eton/Haze Manager, said that the venue was “proud to join the Students’ Union in its first official partnership deal. We are looking forward to welcoming all UWE students down to the university’s newest SU bar.”

Eton and Haze is located at 28, Baldwin Street (just round the corner from Waverly House, Transom House and The Rackhay), and is open from 11:00am 7 days a week.
