All our properties have been recommended by previous students and have passed our high standards.We charge no fees and have no hidden charges like other agencies, and are geared to all student needs. Our main priority is always that you feel happy and comfortable with the property and that you never feel rushed into a decision. We provide transport to and from the house so that you can view properties at a time convenient to you.

We are based on Frenchay campus but also have information boards updated with new properties regularly, on every campus. Our office is located in F block on the 4th floor and has all the information needed for you to choose the property that suits you and your friends. Our team will always offer you impartial advice on properties and are only a call or visit away from giving you a helping hand. As well as our office and information points you can find us on the UWESU website along with details on all our houses.
